Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate the till in accordance with the company instructions and help the senior team with end of shift till conciliation.
  • Deal with complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues and escalate accordingly to a senior team colleague.
  • Ensure correct pricing of products and stock rotation including the removal from sale of any goods exceeding the “use by” date and advise the team of any “Best before” issues.
  • Merchandising and pricing as to comply with current legislation.
  • Ensure that the cabinets and shelves are well always filled and faced up.
  • Provide highest possible standard of staff and unrivalled customer service.
  • Assist the team with the maintenance of high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the store.
