Achievements

  • Successfully managed a smooth takeover of 3 x O2 direct stores to a Franchise estate.

  • Receiving a 5-star compliance audit for the store in Cavan and received an award for Audit store of the year.

  • Contributing to the business plans for the O2/Three takeover, detailing the financial and technical changes.

  • Changeover of 5 stores from O2 to Three while also, onboarding 3 additional stores.

  • Contributed to the design and reporting of Three Ireland new CRM & EPOS system on behalf of the Franchise Estate.

  • Managed stores refit from BAU to Store of the Future from store closure to reopen.

For 14 years I worked alongside the managing director to lead and operate all aspects of the Franchise business from store performance, people management and data analyses of sales & finances for all our franchise stores.

Store Manager / Area Manager | Mobile Communication Station

2005 – 2009

Managed a high street store in Cavan and provided mobile phone sales for both O2 & Meteor. As part of my role, I engaged with customers, offering them the best package to suit their needs. It was my job to lead by example and encourage my team to offer every customer all the required information for them to make an informed decision.

I was also responsible for data protection, stock management, and Rota management. This is where I initially built my understanding of the financial management of the telecom industry.
